Shop:
I want to put in multiple discount codes!
A: Due to the limitations of BigCartel, you can only apply 1 discount code at a time. Please choose which code works best for your order!
I have an issue with my order!
A: Please contact me as soon as possible via the contact page to fix any issues!
- Any missing items will be sent in next shipment batch.
- Address changes must be brought to my attention within 24 hours of an order being placed!
- Once shipped, parcels are out of my control. Customers must contact their courier with their shipment information
- Full tracking is provided,
Help! I put in the wrong address!
A: Please contact me within 24 hours of order for address change.
I am unable to redirect a shipment once it is dispatched.
Can I add an item to my order?
A: Yes, ONLY IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED OUT YET.
Please contact me via contact page with any item(s) you wish to add, along with your original order #! You will be sent a PayPal invoice from me, which should be paid within 72 hours. Once the invoice has been paid, the item will manually be added to your order, and wil be shipped along with the rest of your items.
If your order has already been shipped out, I am unable to add any items to your order, and you will have to place another one.
If you are a US based customer, and are looking for details reguarding keychains/totes/pins, please scroll below until the "Notice: US Shipping - Keychains Totes and Pins" section.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: I ship every 1/2 month! After receiving your shipping notification email, please wait 24-48 hours for the post office to process your package. See the Shipping Info page for shipping speeds and more details! Keep in mind that after your order has shipped, I have no control over them.
I ordered my items with a PREORDER item(s) but they haven't arrived yet!
Your order will be shipped out together with the preorder item(s) when it is ready. This way, you don't have to pay extra shipping costs. If you want a non-preorder item sooner, please order the non-preorder items seperately from your preorder items.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
A: All orders will be sent out in the closest monthly shipping date as soon as an item is restocked! This applies to preorders as well. This does not apply if the product is discontinued.
In Limited-Time Shop Drops, once an item is sold out, it is sold out. Please contact me if you are interested in preordering an out of stock item.
What about taxes/ If I live in the EU/UK?
A: EU and UK customers, please know that you may be charged a VAT tax on your order when it reaches customs. We will not be collecting VAT taxes and will not be responsible for them. Any fees/charges/taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product cost or shipping fee. If your order returns to us, no refunds would be issued.
Notice: US Shipping - Keychains Totes and Pins:
Due to manufacturing and tariff regulations, the following items are unavalible to ship to the US by default:
- Totes
- Keychains
- Pins
If you wish to add one of these items to your order please reach out to me via the Contact page ASAP with your Order # and details about which product you want.

If you just want to order Keychains/Totes/Pins, please contact me with the details of the items that you want, along with your shipping address. You will be invoiced for the price of the items, and for the shipping+tarriffs.
Other:
My charm has bubbling/is cloudy!
A: All charms come with a protective plastic covering. If you see any minor surface 'scratches', bubbling, or 'cloudy' acrylic, its actually the plastic covering. Peel it off and you should be all set to go!
Do you do Commissions/Custom Design Jobs?
A: You can find my pricing and the status of my commissions on my Carrd.
Would you participate in a Zine/Group Project/Collaboration Projects?
A: Yes, although on a case by case basis.
