US Shipping for certain items is currently unavalible by default for keychains, totes, and pins. Please remove these items in order to proceed to checkout. If you wish to order these items, please contact me via the Contact page. See below for more info.
Frequency:
All orders will be shipped on an approximately 1/2 month basis based on demand.
You will receive a shipping notice once shipment is prepared and sent for processing. (Approximately every half month (i.e. Aug 15, Aug 30 , Sept 15, Sept 30, etc).
Once shipping notice is sent, I'll send packages to be delivered to the post office for further processing. This can sometimes take 24-48 hours especially in peak season.

Shipping Prices are static, and do not change per item. (It's cheaper to order things together rather than individually order each item seperately. See FAQ for more info.)- Canada: 2-5 business days (After shipping notice - Tracking number via Chitchats)
- USA: 2-14 business days (After shipping notice - Tracking number via Chitchats)
- International: 5-22 business days (After shipping notice - Tracking number via Chitchats)
(Approximation, shipping speed can vary. Package can sometimes go through customs check, which can prolong shipping time.)
All items are final sale. (Refunds and exchanges are not provided unless in extenuating circumstances.)
Custom fees and duties are the customer's responsibility as they vary by country and may be incurred. Customers are responsible for providing the right address.
Please contact me within 24 hours of an order for an address change.
I am unable to redirect a shipment once it is dispatched, and will not be able to refund you if delivered to the wrong address.
Preorder Items:
By default, preorder items are shipped with the rest of the items in your cart at the same time to save on shipping costs. If you want a non-preorder item sooner, please order it seperately!
If you have already ordered/purchased items with preorder items but want your non-preorder items sooner, please contact me using the Contact Page to arrange for additional shipping.
Notice: US Shipping - Keychains Totes and Pins:
Due to manufacturing and tariff regulations, the following items are unavalible to ship to the US by default:
- Totes
- Keychains
- Pins
If you wish to add one of these items to your order please reach out to me via the Contact page ASAP with your Order # and details about which product you want.
I can only add these items if your order has not shipped out yet. You will be sent a PayPal invoice from me, which should be paid within 72 hours. The invoice will include the price of the item (if not already paid for) and any applicable tarriffs. Once the invoice has been paid, the item will manually be added to your order, and will be shipped along with the rest of your items.
If your order has already been shipped out, I am unable to add any items to your order, and you will have to place another one, or pay for separate shipping.
If you just want to order Keychains/Totes/Pins, please contact me with the details of the items that you want, along with your shipping address. You will be invoiced for the price of the items, and for the shipping+tarriffs.
If you are not from the US, this notice does not apply to you, and you can order as normal.
